He has drafted employment contracts for oil and gas professionals, and various participation contracts.  His state-wide representations include numerous landowners and oil companies, negotiating and drafting their standard and custom Oil & Gas Leases, Seismic Options, and Pipeline Easements.


From a litigation perspective, Youngblood has advocated for his clientele, achieving satisfactory settlements of various damage claims including pollution damage, crop damage, and livestock damage.  He has represented litigants in disputes over many different types of contracts (leases, farm-outs, etc.) and damage issues in the natural resources arena, including well bore failure and pipeline leaks.


Ben Youngblood also has experience in dealing with regulatory agencies, representing clients dealing with the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission, the Texas Railroad Commission, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
